Tripp Construction Co. was established in 2000 by Tedd Tripp II, who has over 35 years of experience in building. The crew is comprised of his two sons and son-in-law. Tedd Tripp III, serves as a project manager with expertise in commercial and residential project management, architectural design, and estimating. Elliot Tripp is the lead project manager on job sites with experience in running a crew in the field and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. Zach Gray works closely with Elliot and specializes in finish work. Riley Ferro is the lead architectural consultant, experienced in project management, estimating, and architectural design. The crew also includes additional laborers who work under the supervision of the project management team, striving for excellence in all aspects of the job from design to completion.
